Managing a diversified clientele portfolio of multiple clients of different scope and nature, including Regulatory Assignments and Agreed Upon Procedures.
Effective planning and co-ordination of assignments to meet stringent deadlines, including training and motivation of team members.

Reviewing and endorsing the audit programs and procedures for performance of Audit as per approved Internal Audit Plan.
Closely supervising the performance of Audit as per the Internal Audit Plan, Audit Guidelines and Laws and Regulations.
Ensuring compliance with all the internal policies and procedures, best secretarial practices, IFRS, SECP guidelines, Stock Exchange and Listing regulations, Code of Corporate Governance and Insurance laws & regulations.
Reviewing and supervising the performance of Internal control review using COSO Frame work.
Reviewing and Finalization of presentations and deliverables for the Audit Committee, keeping the proper minutes of BAC meetings.
Reporting risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the Audit Committee and provide recommendations for improving the organization’s operations efficiently and effectively.
A brief of major work responsibilities include:
Supervising the Registration of Establishments in EOBI & assessing their Contribution Payable/ Liability towards the Institute (EOB) under EOBI Act 1976, through the performance of Audit & Verification of Financial Statements and other relevant records.
Supervision of audits to verify & ensure the accuracy & authenticity of the various revenue & capital expenditures, to ensure that proper books of accounts have been maintained and Financial Statements have been prepared properly.
Managing Pension & other EOBI Benefits of the Employees of Registered Establishments.
Developing SOPs regarding the Operational and Reconciliation activities in respect of Contribution Collection and Pension Disbursements.
Liaising with and developing good working relationships with the Outsides Agencies (Banks/ Financial Institution) for the purpose of resolving the discrepancies of Contribution Collection & Pension Disbursements.
Directing the IT Department to develop the customized reports relating to the Reconciliation of Funds, both of Contribution Collections & Pension Disbursements.
